Welcome to Sundari Studio, my small jewellery and crochet workshop. I am based in the beautiful, small South Island town of Nightcaps in New Zealand.

Sundari means “beautiful woman” in the Sanskrit language. I learnt it when I lived in Nepal.

I love making things, especially crochet items. I also love to travel and see the wonderful arts and crafts that are available in other countries…sometimes I used to buy a few to share at my old market.

Now I am making the next step and opening up my own small gift shop. Yes, sometimes my photography skills are not the best and yes, I often fail to find the perfect adjectives to describe all my beautiful accessories. I am just learning all these things and the most important thing is heart and I put a lot of this into Sundari Studio.
